The gig at Landet last Thursday as a blast! Fantastic audience and vibe throughout the concert. Thank you all who came to Fasching for making our gig a great experience for us, you seemed to enjoy it too! Next gig will be at club Groddar & Gräsrötter at Landet in Stockholm, a venue to which we return for the sixth time! We're already looking forward to carrying the organ up the stairs again... We can also tell you that we are working on the recordings with The Works that we have told you about previously but also on some stuff on the duo format, which we hope to release in a near future. Until then, keep yourself posted for updates here at our website or at any of the other sites. Right now we seem to update Facebook most frequently!

This is however a sad day since Bo Hansson has died, 67 years old. Thank you Bosse for your great contribution to Swedish and international music - music that also inspired us to form T&O.

Last couple of weeks have been great musical ones, and it all peaked this weekend when we got the chance to play together with Andreas Stellan (also playing in The Works) as part of his band. Next weekend The Works will come to Uppsala for a jam session. The results, together with the ones from last jam, we hope to release somehow but are not exactly sure of how yet... Next week you can also see T&O feat Ebbot at Allhuset i Stockholm, so don't miss that!Four years after the relase, our first album is now finally available from most Swedish internet music shops (CDON, Ginza, Bengans, etc)!
Also, the gig at Katalin that was set to May 27th is moved to Oct 16th (see the live calendar).
And by the way, if you are in Uppsala today, go to Pub 19 at 3 O'clock - Legendary Georgie Fame (Somebody stole my thunder) plays with his band!

Last weekend was fantastic with both the Swedish Grammy Awards (no prize though!) and a great gig at Bangers n Mash with both Magnus Carlson and Ebbot Lundberg featuring on vocals together for the first time together with us! Happy New Year!
Last year was a very busy one with a lot to do, especially during the autumn with the work of the album and a lot of live gigs. A few weeks of vacation has been great for the creativity, and now we have many ideas that we need to put on tape somehow. We hope that the songs will end up on a record eventually, but we don't promise anything. Let's just say we have a lot of new songs coming up...We will start off the new year with gigs at Grammisgalan (Jan 15th), Bangers'n'Mash @ Marie Laveau with our guests Ebbot Lundberg and Magnus Carlson (Jan 16th) and on Old barn corner in Vetlanda (Feb 27th). We are happy to announce that we and our record Visions are nominated Jazz of the Year in the Grammis (The Swedish Grammy) Awards 2009!!
In the first round the people of Sweden will vote for their favourite amongst 10 artists; the voting is made on-line only at www.grammis.se, starting the coming Tuesday 8th of December and going on for 1 week. The top 5 artists from these voting results goes to the second round where the Jury is giving their votes.

Thank you Sundsvall and thank you The Confusions for a wonderful night at Våningen! It was great to be around when Sweden's finest indie-veterans released their new album "A Permanent Marker". Now we will concentrate on our own release and fix the last things for the party at Södra Teatern Bar on Wed 18th of November. New is that the DJ's for the night will be Magnus Carlson (Weeping Willows, Bangers'n'Mash) and Fredrik Ekander (ex-Uppers resident)! Be there!

Back from the Norway trip! As usual it was great, and we are very satisfied. Check out a review from Revolver in Oslo (in Norwegian)!
We have a lot of gigs going on before and after the album release, first two gigs in Uppsala and in two weeks we support The Confusions in Sundsvall on their release party for their new album "A permanent marker" that will be released on Nov. 11th. Okay, we are mastering the album as this is written, everything will be ready this night or what it seems, early morning. So far everything sound very promising! The album sleeve, as usual made by Fredrik Fogelqvist, will be at least as brilliant as the previous two releases.Also, we would like to thank you all who came to see us in Alingsås and Gothenburg!

We are proud to announce that our third full-length album Visions is finally released on CD on Wednesday Nov. 18th on Cosmos/BAM! Hopefully we have also had the time to make LP. On the 19th of September we will go to Athens in Greece to participate in the release party for our vinyl 7" which will be released on Belle Vue Records. Album update: we will mix the record in the beginning of September. All dates are still not set but expect it to be released sometime in October or beginning of November!Also, we now have some gigs planned together with Ebbot; first on Bokmässan in Gothenburg the 26th of Sept and then a small tour in Norway; the dates are Oct 15-17th, see live section. The plan is then to book an instrumental tour after the release, probably in early spring!

The album is recorded, 11 brand new tracks are down on tape. Now the record will be mixed and mastered amongst other things, and that will take a few more months for sure. Also, we would like to thank everyone who came to see us at Friday at the Hideout at Debaser Slussen and the Harvest festival (which actually was situated in a villa garden!), we had a really great time. Now we will have some weeks of vacation before starting up the old engine again in August. See you!

Now it is just a matter of days before we commence the recording of our next full-length album! We are really looking forward to the session and we can hardly wait to get started. We will record 10-12 songs and mix the album as quickly as we can and finally release it sometime during this autumn or early spring 2010.For those of you who would like to see us perform live this summer we recommend next weekend; first we'll play Debaser Slussen (Sthlm) next Friday and then the Harvest festival (Nynäshamn) the day after (next Saturday). Back from a great weekend in Platamonas, Greece! The gig at the yearly event Belle Vue Weekender was a blast and we also met some very nice people down there. The whole party was also accompanied by sun, 30 degrees in the air and the venue placed 10 metres from the ocean. Not bad, not bad at all! As we have already told you we have a gig at Lasse i Parken in Stockholm before we start the recordnings, and we also have a few gigs in pipeline. Keep yourselves updated!

As you may have noticed our gig at Debaser last Wednesday could not be performed due to bad weather, but we will make a new attempt on together with Svenska Musikklubben on Saturday June 27th, this time at Lasse i Parken! Hope to see you there instead.Also, we would like to share that we are planning for the recording of our next full-length album. If everything goes as we hope we will start record this summer. We don't have any release plan set, so we will have to wait and see.

We're just back after a great show at Nefertiti in Gothenburg, thanks everyone for showing up!
The upcoming release is postponed to January, which isn't that bad after all - starting off the new year with a new e.p. is quite the kick-start! The cd is mastered and will contain 6 tracks, amongst them the single Somebody stole my thunder feat. Magnus Carlson. The date is however still not decided, but we think it will be in the mid-end of January, hopefully accompanied by a release-party somewhere in Stockholm! This Saturday we will play Landet in Hägersten (Stockholm) for the third time this year and the 28th of Nov we're going to Nefertiti in Gothenburg for the second time this year. We're always glad to be back!On December 14 we will perform do a special appearance at Cinemateket in Stockholm, playing newly composed music live to the silent movie The fall of the house of Usher from 1928. The film was directed by Jean Epstein (with Bunuel as assistant!) and is based on two E.A. Poe novels. Nice to combine two medias, right?

Looking back at this spring we can't say other than it's been wonderful - lots of gigs, press and even a bit air time. The gig in Oslo last Friday was also as good as expected and now we can have a month off the roads. We won't do many shows this summer, however we will be on Studio Virtanen on TV8 on Julty 5. This week is a busy one: for all of you living in Uppsala with surroundings, on Thursday at 9.15 a.m. we will perform a song in local TV 4 (Uppland).
Also, we have two gigs, on Friday we are going to Gothenburg to participate as one of the many bands on the grand opening ceremony of Gothenburg film festival! We will perform two gigs the same night, first at 9.30 p.m. and then 11.30 p.m., the second feat. Ebbot Lundberg. What a great start we've had on the new year with gigs in Gothenburg, Stockholm and Västerås. The gig at Debaser Medis in Stockholm was attended by 600 people or more and is of course one of the funniest gigs we've done. Thanks everyone that came to our shows this weekend, it was amazing! And talk abou two totally different experiences - the gig at Södra Teatern Baren was one of our top three smoky club gigs and the gig at Vinterviken in the beautiful garden with alot of people and sun was just... magical. No new gigs set yet but we hope to get many more this autumn.

Thanks to the crowd at Ung08-festivalen yesterday, we had a good time! Otherwise, we've had a couple of good reviews in Swedish press (see Press) on the album.
Also, note that the gig at Långholmen in Stockholm has been changed location to Vinterviken, we will play at 4 p.m.

Two new gigs added, of which one is already on Saturday on the Ung08 festival in Stockholm. The other one is on Garage in Oslo in November, featuring Ebbot. And don't miss the gigs on Aug 24 (Södra bar, Stockholm) and Aug 25 (Festen i Vinterviken, Stockholm).Also, the single Tomorrow will tell/Rest in peace featuring Ebbot will be released on Dolores Recordings in a limited edition of 300!

The TV appereance was really nice and you can all enjoy the two songs on tv4.se/nyhetsmorgon. Just find and click "WEBB TV" and then "musik"; the date is 2007-07-22.Also, we've got our first review on Reflections from a watery world, in the newspaper Nerikes Allehanda. We got 4 stars of 5 and are of course very happy! The whole review can be read in Swedish on the Press section or on Nerikes Allehanda.

Now we're back from Italy after an amazing experience in the mountain town of Spoleto. We've met lots of new people, played almost every night during the festival and have had a great time! Thanks to everyone that made the trip unforgettable! Pictures will be added later..During our staying in Italy we were informed that we will play on national morning tv-show TV4 Nyhetsmorgon now on Sunday together with Ebbot, which of course will be great. Also, we now added a few new gigs in next week in Stockholm (see Live calendar).

Now we are soon off to play Italy for 3 weeks! That will probably be one of the highlights of the year. See you on Parksnäckan in Uppsala July 25!

Almost everything is ready for our participation in this years Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto, Italy. The dates are set to June 29 to July 16 and we will give about 20 concerts during the festival. We are told that about half a million people visit the festival annualy - talk about audience!

The Oslo trip was kempe bra! The best venue so far; isn't it a great idea to have the stage where the door is? We were happy as children! And of course: Thank you all for your support and for the good time at the Caven!

Last weekend the final recordings sessions for the upcoming album was completed. One new song was recorded and another song was mixed. Now there are only a four more songs to mix, then the album will be finished. Probably it will be released in May.Also, thanks to the L.O.U.D crowd for your support! See you next month!
