TERMS OF DELIVERY
CURRENCY
We charge all orders in SEK (Swedish krona).
VAT (Value Added Tax)
The VAT of 25% is applied to products when sold in Sweden. VAT is excluded for non-Swedish customers.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Within Sweden: Shipping per order is 49 SEK. If LP is ordered either alone or together with other products, the shipping is 99 SEK. If order value exceeds 800 SEK, the shipping is free.
Outside Sweden: Shipping per order is 149 SEK. If LP is ordered either alone or together with other products, the shipping is 249 SEK.
The prices stated are subject to change. In the checkout you will be quoted a shipping cost when you choose your country.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs or import taxes when ordering from a EU country, please enquire with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations.
It is illegal to mark items as a “Gift” or reduce the value on a Customs Form or Invoice.
We will NOT break the law, please do not ask.
Shipping is ca 5-10 days worldwide.
PAYMENT INFORMATION:
We accept VISA, MasterCard.
You can safely and comfortably pay with credit card.
We are using Stripe.
Stripe handles your credit card details direct and safe. No credit card details will be registered at Trummor & Orgel/Introspection AB.
When you pay for your order using a credit card, you are transferred to a separate server, run by stripe, that handles your order. This is of course done via a secure SSL connection, as you will see by the little padlock shown in your browser window.
Among other security checks, Stripe will check the address given against the address that the card issuer has on file, all to make it really certain that it is the card holder making the order.
Introspection AB does not store any credit card details as they are only entered in the Stripe system. We only get a signal back from stripe saying if it’s all valid or not. Read more about Stripe here
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find your order to be less than satisfactory and you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from the Trummor & Orgel website, please follow the instructions below:
Please e-mail us within 14 days after receiving your items if you are not completely satisfied. Returns and exchanges are accepted with prior approval only. E-mail: sales@trummororgel.com
The Trummor & Orgel web shop is owned by Introspection AB. Introspection AB cannot accept returns for items worn. We understand you will need to try on certain items, but once you have worn items so that wear and tear have occurred, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
PRODUCTS NOT VALID FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN
CDs and LPs cannot be returned, if not still sealed. Should you wish to be able to return any such an item, please ask us to seal the products before we ship them.
RETURN SHIPPING
It is recommended for your protection that all return items be shipped with insurance and a tracking number (for example USPS insured mail with Delivery Confirmation) as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Introspection AB is not able to refund or credit shipping fees, nor are we able to pay for return shipping of your package.
All returned items must be in original packaging, and all original tags must still be attached.
Please retain all shipping/insurance receipts. This will aid you if the item is damaged or lost in transit on its way back to us. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Please make any notes on the invoice slip of what you are returning or your new selection for exchanges.
For all non EU customers: the customs authorities put a number on the shipping forms (on the outside of the parcel) and it’s most important that this customs number is visible on the parcel when returned, otherwise Introspection AB has to pay a customs fee. Which we naturally would like to avoid.

EXCHANGES:
Once we have received them, please allow 48 hours for processing. Exchanges are shipped with renewed shipping fees, i.e. in accordance with our price list.
RETURNS:
Please allow up to 30 days for credit to appear.
